Shipping/Return Policy

All orders are processed and sent via USPS in 1 to 3 days.

Orders are insured and will be replaced if damaged or lost in transit.  Please email ellen@studioskinandtonic to make a claim.  You will need to provide your name, order date and address to process the claim.

Return Policy:
WE HAVE A STRICT RETURN POLICY!

Only products that arrive damaged can be returned and replaced.  Damaged means the product may have a rancid smell or texture or pump or packaging is broken.  Products will need to be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement on damaged items.

Open products are considered contaminated and cannot be returned.  If you are someone who typically experiences allergic reactions and would like to test the product prior to purchasing, you can contact Ellen for sampling at ellen@studioskinandtonic.com.
