We Offer Excellent Skin Care Services. That's It!
We focus on offering the best skin care services we can, which means facials and waxing. If you are looking for an ultimate spa day with steam and sauna, haircutting or coloring, manicures and pedicures, and fluffy robes, consider a traditional spa. We only have facials and waxing services available.

Schedule Appointments Online
We run on a 'by appointment' basis only, and walk-in's are not allowed. And, since your skin care therapists handle both the day's services and phone calls, we highly encourage you to use our online booking system to schedule your appointments. The secure online system will allow for appointments up to 12 hours prior and up to 30 days in advance. For same-day bookings, or bookings more than 30 days in advance, please call 510-268-9500 to inquire, and we'll do our best to get back to you in between appointments.

Get An Appointment Confirmation Email
When booking an appointment online, make sure to complete ALL steps of the booking process, including hitting the Confirm button at the end. When you are all done, you'll recieve a confirmation email in your inbox. If you don't get an email, chances are good that something went wrong… wait a few minutes and try booking again.

Store Retail Hours
You can buy skin care products from us during your appointment, or during our retail hours, when we have a receptionist available to assist with your product purchase. Please check our retail hours to find a time that's convenient for you!

Methods of Payment
Cash, check, Visa, Amex, and Mastercard are all accepted.

Complete A Medical Form Upon Your First Appointment
For your safety, you are required to complete a medical form during your first appointment. The form will ask you about pertinent medical conditions, which will inform us of any products and procedures that should be avoided during your treatment. As you continue to visit us for skin care services, please note that you are responsible for informing us of any changes to your medical profile.

Please Leave A Detailed Message When Calling
Phoning us at 510-268-9500 is the best way to reach us. However, to keep our rates affordable by all, our skin care therapists double-duty as receptionists. This means that we are unable to pick up the phone when we have back-to-back appointments. Please leave us a detailed message, and rest assured, we'll pick up your message as soon as possible. We'll return urgent calls between our sessions if we are able, or at the latest, we'll do our best to return your call by the end of the day. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!

Double Check Your Appointment Time and Date
We've had a number of clients showing up on the wrong date after making arrangements for babysitters, or to leave work early. Please double check the time and date on your confirmation to save yourself from this horrible frustration!

Appointment Cancellations
We understand that life happens, and sometimes, you need to cancel your appointment. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge, or less than 24 hours in advance for a 50% charge. To cancel your appointment, please follow the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If for any reason this doesn't work for any reason, call us at 510-268-9500 to cancel.

No Shows
Please do your best to notify us in advance that you are unable to show up for your appointment! No shows are no fun, and result in a 100% charge of fees for the services you were booked for.

Late For Your Appointment?
Life happens. If running late, please give us a call at 510-268-9500 and give us your best guess of when you might arrive. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Please note that when you are late, you will be charged for any and all services that were booked, even if the time was reduced.

Children and Guests
Out of respect for others in the building, and for privacy and liability purposes, children and guests are not allowed during your visit.

Handicapped Access
We are happy to provide services to those with disabilities. Our retail location is located on ground level, however, one of our two treatment rooms is located on the second level. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, please call us at 510-268-9500 to book your appointment, so that we can schedule your session in the downstairs treatment room.

We also ask that you have someone to assist you onto the treatment table if needed. If unable to get on the treatment table for any reason, we will gladly offer modified services to you in a seated position. Please inform us of any special needs so we can prepare ahead of time.

Your privacy is important to us! We will never share any of your personal or medical information with third parties, for any reason.
